Aaron Palen, PGA

A native of Concord, Massachusetts, Aaron achieved his PGA Membership in September of 2007. Early in his high school and collegiate career Aaron was a Francis Ouimet Scholar, recipient of the NFL New England Team Spirit Award, and awarded the Deacan Palmer Scholarship. Aaron played collegiate golf at North Carolina Wesleyan College and graduated in 2002. He had the honor of being the student speaker at the 2002 Frances Ouimet Annual Banquet honoring President George H.W. Bush.
Immediately, turning professional, Aaron began his career at Benvenue Country Club, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Aaron served on the Philadephia PGA Education Committee in 2012. Aaron had the pleasure of representing the state of Virginia as the assistant coach for the Virginia State Junior Golf Team for the annual Capital Cup. Aaron was nominated in 2014 & 2015, as the Middle Atlantic PGA Section Youth Development Award. Aaron currently serves as the only Golf Professional on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of the Virginia Peninsula.
With a love to teach the game, and thorough knowledge of swing methods, Aaron's philosophy entails applying the proper fundamentals to every golfer. Aaron will analyze your natural swing, take the positives and enhance them. Aaron has worked with former mini-tour players, current collegiate golfers, and past accomplished amateurs.
