Jason Voit, our General Manager, comes to us from ClubCorp, having overseen Clubhouse operations in a number of private and semi-private facilities. Bringing with him 20+ years experience in the hospitality industry, Jason looks forward to the challenges and rewards of being at Colonial Heritage, promising to continuously improve the experience for our Members, Residents, and Guests. Jason is an alumnus of Virginia Tech having studied Industrial and Systems Engineering and is excited to be back in Williamsburg. He and his girlfriend, Michelle, reside in Toano, just a stone’s throw from the Club. In his free time, Jason enjoys wine tasting, traveling, fine dining, and spending time with family.

Anastasia (Stacy) Krick joins us as our Sales Director, managing special events for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and so much more. She is a talented, results-producing sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of accomplishments in planning and leading comprehensive strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. She brings to Colonial Heritage expertise in developing sales and marketing tools, executing successful campaign programs, and driving growth in targeted markets with demonstrated success. Prior to joining Colonial Heritage, she held sales and marketing management positions at Trion IAQ, Centice Corporation, Memorex and TigerDirect. Stacy is very excited and passionate about serving our community through special events.   Stacy has a degree in business administration. She moved to Virginia in 2016, raised her two children in Hillsborough, NC and she herself grew up in Miami, FL.  Stacy resides in Williamsburg with her husband, Michael Krick.

Jose has been with us since 2013, adding skills and experience through multiple positions until he took over as Food & Beverage Director in 2017. Jose knows the tastes and people of Colonial Heritage and enjoys the daily minutiae of ensuring your experience is as delicious as it is appealing. Jose lives in Newport News with his two daughters, Alexis and Alena.



Richard Rice, PGA, Director of Golf Operations

Richard Rice is a Class A PGA Professional.  Born and raised locally in Yorktown, Virginia, Richard has spent his whole life in and around sports.  With his background and love for sports, Richard decided to study Kinesiology and Sport/Recreation Management at James Madison University, where he received a 4-year degree.  Upon graduating from University, Richard began working at Ford's Colony Country Club where he worked for eight years, holding the title of Head Golf Professional for almost half of that time.  In his free time, Richard enjoys spending time with his Wife, Brittany, and two children, Amelia and Roman.

Aaron, level 1 PGA Apprentice, born in Kentucky, lived as a naval dependent before joining the United States Air Force.  He retired an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expert after spending 23 years deploying around the world in service of his country. He has an extensive athletic background, wrestling in the World Championship’s with backgrounds in nutrition and physical fitness. Armed with multiple degrees, Aaron started as the 1st Assistant at Stonehouse Golf Club and after 4 years there he joined the Colonial Heritage Community. In his down time, he loves to spend time with wife Brand, newborn son Aiden, and BBQing.

Analiese is a former educator with a background in marketing and communications. As our new Membership Director, she collaborates with the Colonial Heritage team and community to grow membership and communicate the happenings at the club. Formerly a teacher at Newport News Public Schools, Analiese is well-versed in social media and consumer relations from teaching, prior sales positions, and running her own blog. She is eager to create new content and events for everyone to enjoy - when they're not out on the green! Analiese has a Bachelor of of Arts in English from Virginia Tech and lives in Newport News with her fiance, Joseph.

McAulay is a Level 3 PGA intern from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC.  He is originally from Hickory, NC.  At Methodist he studied Business Administration with a Concentration in PGA Golf Management.  He will graduate in December 2019 and achieve Class-A PGA Membership in January 2020.  He previously worked at Ford’s Colony Country Club and brings experience in Golf Operations, Tournament Operations, Club-Repair as well as Instruction.  In his free time, McAulay likes to spend time with his girlfriend Hannah, listen to music, and of course, play golf!
